1st of January 2015 I pick up the role as Artistic Director & General Manager for the young art institution TOU SCENE in Stavanger, Norway.

Today around 6000m2 is in use, divided into 3 stages, 20 studios and 2 exhibition halls. When the re-construction is ready around 10000m2 will be at hand for high quality artistic program and cultural operators.
I’m happy to take on this job and develop this young institution to its full potential.

Kana Teater have for this year edition initiated a collaboration between Teaterhuset Avant Garden, Trondheim Norway. Janek Turkowski and Per Ananiassen have curated a performance program of mainly polish and norwegian artists to present their work on varied sites in the cityscape of Szczecin. Among them Akademia Ruchu, Mette Edvardsen, Teatr Strefa Ciszy, Heine Avdal & Yukiko Shinozaki. In the frame of the no.theatre.pl program Knut Ove Arntzen, Professor Theatre studies, University of Bergen, polish scholars such as Jolanta Krukowska, Helena Freino are invited to give perspective on the urban development through their field of expertise.
I give a lecture around the term perform and its relation to work. Where I touch up on different artistic strategies of exhaustion, livenliness as reactions towards our recent changes in our societies and lives in the so called post-industrial era.
